Empowering Young Climate Leaders in the Himalayas

AMYAA NGO is proud to be implementing the Mobius Young Climate Leaders for Himalayan Development (MYCL) program, supported by Mobius Foundation and initiated by North East Leaders Connect (NELC). This groundbreaking initiative aims to address the pressing need for sustainability education among youths in North East India, focusing on environmental conservation and sustainable development.

Our Objectives:

- Empower Young Individuals: Equip young people with the knowledge and skills to take action against climate change and promote sustainable development.
- Promote Sustainability: Foster sustainable practices and environmental conservation in the Himalayan region.
- Community Engagement: Engage local communities, schools, and village councils in climate action initiatives.

Our Approach:

The MYCL program will provide a platform for young leaders to develop their skills and knowledge in sustainability, enabling them to drive positive change in their communities. By working together with Mobius Foundation and NELC, we aim to create a positive environmental footprint in the region.
